Headed up by Roma Bhowmick who has 26 years’ experience supporting business’s growth strategies. Her career began in the City of London working for a Blue chip service based organisation, culminating in my role as MD/Head of Division in 1997.
Subsequent to this, in 2001 Roma moved into the technology sector. Having spotted a market opportunity, she and her partners launched what became a fast growth business which delivered innovative technology solutions.
In 2003, having achieved the business goals she personally set out to achieve, she sold her half of the business to her partner and became a Business Consultant helping similar SMEs with aggressive growth aspirations.
She has spent the last 15 years consulting and coaching SME business owners and their teams to support their growth strategies both as a Growth Coach under the Government funded Growth Accelerator Scheme and as a Consultant working in her own consultancy based business.
Her specific area of expertise has been in challenging and helping to construct business strategy and supporting organisations and teams through change.
In 2006 Roma was awarded Freedom of the City of London for ‘services to management consultancy’ in recognition of her work to help businesses succeed in London. She is also in the final stages of writing her thesis for her Doctorate which has focused its research on the impact of networks and networking on strategies for growth in ‘fast growth’ SMEs.
