About The Awards

Founded in 2015 by multi-award winning entrepreneur Debbie Gilbert, the Best Business Women Awards are now considered to be one of the UK’s most prestigious awards for business women.

finalists accepting awards for business womenThe awards cover a wide variety of industries through their 17 categories and recognise and reward female business talent.

Over 1000 people have attended our award events and the positive reputation for the awards has grown dramatically.

We have a highly engaged social media presence with over 4,400 followers on Twitter and 1,300 likes on Facebook.

In addition, we have an email list of 1800 people who have either attended an event, opted in or applied, and these figures are growing daily. This figure more than doubled in year 2, so we expect further significant increases in 2017.

Our awards for women in business are not area specific and cover the whole of the UK. Finalists have traveled from all over the UK including Manchester, York and Bristol, but applications were predominately from the South East and London areas.
